Please remember the following:

Be sure your full name is listed at the top of your printed timesheet to ensure you are given credit for the hours you have served.

Please be sure that your weekly totals add up to your monthly grand total. We cannot accept timesheets with inaccurate monthly grand totals.

Each timesheet must be SIGNED and DATED by both you and your Mentor.

Submit the original signed and dated timesheet to our office. We WILL NOT ACCEPT faxed or photocopied timesheets.

NO HANDWRITTEN TIMESHEETS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Timesheets that do not contain all of the above will be returned to you and must be resubmitted within 14 days.

Please be aware that late timesheets may jeopardize your $5,350 AmeriCorps Education award.
