This new system will allow you to keep an electronic record of your timesheets, print out records, and monitor your year-to-date totals.
Before you get started, it is critical that you view the video tutorial to understand how to set up your account, complete, submit and print out your timesheet. Please note that the username and password are the same ones you created during the Application and Enrollment process.

Hello.
Frequently Asked Questions About Timesheets
1. What is the Fellows Account Access site?
A: The Fellow Account Access site is a web portal to enter your monthly time sheets, track your YEAR TO DATE hours, and take your TEAMS evaluation surveys.
2. How come I can’t update my personal information, such as my email?
A: At this time, Fellows do not have the ability to update their personal information directly through our database system. If you would like to update your address or email, etc, please send an email to either
jdlute@usfca.edu or
lcramlochan@usfca.edu and we will update it in our system.
3. What is my user name?
A: Your user name is the email address we have on file for you. If you are unable to log-in, please contact
teamstimesheets@gmail.com to verify the email address we have on file for you.
4. What is my password?
A: When you initially access the system, you will not need to enter a password. Once you access the system, it is critical that you create a password for the security of your data.
5. I've forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: Click on the "Forget your password" link on the account access page. You will be prompted for your email address and your password will be sent to that address.
6. Do I still need to print out, sign and date, and mail in my timesheet even though I've submitted my hours electronically?
A: Yes. You and your mentor must sign and date the paper timesheet and have the original submitted to our office. Once we receive the hard copy, we will verify it and either approve it or send it back to you to amend.
7. What is the process for approving my timesheet and how will I know that my time sheet has been approved?
A: Once you enter your hours and click “Submit”, TEAMS staff will be notified that you have submitted your timesheet. When our office receives the mailed, hard copy of your timesheet, we verify the accuracy of the time sheet and if there are no errors, the time sheet is approved. Fellows will then receive a timesheet verification email that their timesheet has been approved.
8. I received an email saying that I need to amend my timesheet. What do I need to do?
A: Your timesheet was returned to you for amendment because of an error (i.e. you claimed pedagogical seminar hours on a date there wasn't a seminar). You must then reenter the system and amend your timesheets, print out the revised timesheet, sign and date it (along with your mentor) and mail it to our office. If your amended timesheet is error free, we will then approve your timesheet and you will be able to see the status on your account page.
9. My year-to-date totals show that my hours are way below than the target. What do I need to do?
A: Make sure you are accounting for all hours you serve including prep time (lesson planning), grading papers and homework, teacher-student and parent-teacher conferences, school and department meetings, tutoring, etc.
10. I don't understand how to fill out a timesheet. Where do I get help?
A: Please review the training materials available. There is a video tutorial that details the instructions, as well as a power point presentation to train you on the system. If after viewing those tools you still have questions, please contact us at teamstimesheets@gmail.com
11. How do I know my contract start date?
A: Your contract start date is listed on your member contract, which you received from Lisa Ramlochan via email before you were enrolled.
